Pac Heights Addition

4,620 sq. ft.

San Francisco

2022

An 1895 pre-earthquake victorian restored with contemporary luxuries throughout. The remodel was crafted to match the caliber and aesthetics of its Pacific Heights neighborhood. Care was placed on preserving while elevating the historic façade and also in introducing a more streamlined aesthetic for the new, back addition of the home.

Victorian Rebuild

2,325 sq. ft.

San Francisco

2016

The 22nd Street home began its design journey in ruins from a devastating fire.  With little left other than the skeleton of a damaged front facade and some charred framing, the design team had an opportunity to both restore and re-imagine the full potential of its iconic, San Francisco Victorian style.

Project completed while at Alexander Jermyn Architecture.

Front Back Duplex

1,350 sq. ft.

San Francisco

2024

This Bernal Heights addition serves as a compact playhouse for a growing family. Even by Bernal standards, this home and lot are on the tiny side. The 1,350 sq.ft. home received a front addition of a small yet valuable 600 sq.ft. The existing home and addition are joined by a new breezeway facing into a small courtyard. Every inch has been scrutinized including compact-appliances and custom, built-in closets, cabinets and shelving.
